We provided a customised support centre whereby users can submit tickets, view knowledgebase articles, download drivers from external sources and view a glossary of terms related to their services. This helpdesk allows PC Peripherals to track what kind of support clients need and improve their services to those clients. The helpdesk is easy for customers to use and very intuitive.
Celtic PC is a brand of custom built computers manufactured by PC Peripherals as these computers are purchased by schools, colleges, businesses and the public sector it was necessary for IT administrators to have access to all drivers for each Celtic PC model. We set up a Driver downloads section which means that every driver was now accessible in one place at any time.
As PC Peripherals supply a lot of computers, laptops, servers and peripherals to their customers a shop was essential. This allows customers to purchase products online from them at any time and not have to wait for office hours to ring up and order. They also have the facility to reorder products already purchased.
