This section of the website will explain how best to get support should you have any queries or problems on your account. RedPebble provides technical support to all web development and web hosting customers. Our aim is to provide superior support and services to all our customers.

Regularly Updated FAQ & Glossary Section

This is a collection of the most frequently asked questions by our clients. If the answer you are looking for isn't listed, please contact us with your query and we would only be delighted to assist you. You can find our online hosting and domains FAQ here. We also maintain a glossary of terms covering all areas of web development hosting and domain names. We continually update and reefing both these services.

Online Video Tutorials

Some tasks are best illustrated by a step by step guide. With our video tutorials, common tasks are broken down into manageable portions for you to work through. You can even pause and rewind each tutorial! You can access our video tutorials through your online control panel (Cpanel).

Remote Technical Support

RedPebble offer a unique remote support assistance tool. This allows us to log onto your PC/Mac remotely to diagnose and resolve any technical issues you are having, quickly and easily. This is particularly suited to users with limited technical knowledge and must be activated over the phone with one of our support team. We also offer Joomla! training via this remote support tool. This method or learning has proven to be very productive and effective.

Support Responsibilities

RedPebble is responsible for maintaining all services within the RedPebble network. As such we regret we cannot provide technical support for services not provided by RedPebble Web Development. This includes 3rd party coding, PC troubleshooting (excluding email configuration), broken Internet connections and non RedPebble configuration issues.
