 JJ Smyth’s is a Jazz and Blues venue in Dublin city offering live music almost seven nights a week. JJ’s have a wide range of regular club events and an expanding series of special events so regular updating is needed. The solution here was to implement a Content Management System (CMS) and given the nature of the venue an original but different site design. We used an open source CMS called Joomla, built a custom template and performed some behind the scenes customisation. JJ’s now update their website easily adding video and audio content to gigs and special events with no effort. Click to view larger images
